Still gota hella lot of ajusting to do on the hood and fenders. I tweeked the hinges on the hood BAD in the accident. It's goign to take some work but i'm likin what i see so far.

It's exciting seeing Epic not just coming together but coming together a whole new beast.

Cause it's aftermarket. Only the OEM ones have the lettering. Trust me - i did my research. Doesn't mater the grill will cover ti up anyway.

Why did you go with the stock hood?

Cause it was laying around the garage. I will order the cowl hood by the end of next month. Dont' worry. :lolsign:

I'm very excited about seeing Epic get back together with the LS1 front.....and its not even my car....

Why does everyone call it the LS1 frint end, the same frontend came on all the Camaros.

Thats why i tend to call it the 98+ front end. Would be stupid to call it an LS1 when i'm still very proud to have an LT1.

it's like saying the ls1 was the only engine after '98

and for the fact that all the v6's came with the same front end :) Grant, did you hafta do any major work besides just bolting the body parts up? I mean, i've seen several threads about people trying to do this and they're all saying "it takes 50 + hours of fabrication to do this conversion blah blah blah blah blah" and it seems like yours is going off without a hitch in a matter of days!?

Well the fact that you do need the brakets for th headlights and the header panel for the nose to bolt to (both of which i'm still waiting for) it doesn't seem that bad. I mean the tips of the fenders over-hang a bit further than the 93-97s fenders but i don't see why a little bit of drilling new holes or, to be even more perfectionistis about it, some sheet metal reiforcment why people would have a hard time with it. I think the hardest thing i've heard from poepl about this is getting the headlights right... which i'm not there yet so... I think people want to make it seem liek they are a lot better fabricators than they actually are. :lolsign:

also you get alot of guys who have a hard time figuring out what a wrench looks like they want to use vise grips for everything

what's up with the front spoiler under the nose? Is that just showing weird like that cause it's not in place, or is that how it actually came? Don't mean to be critical, but yeh. lol :confused:

Only thing I dont like about it is the cowl hood is to big, then again thats what i think still looks awsome though.

TT II's are pretty nice.. I was thinking about those for Mayhem, but I found something else I like as much, are cheaper, and still fit her 'theme'. Especially consifering what I would be doing to the TT II's if I got them(paint or powdercoating would have been involved) Still a great choice on wheels, though.

Hey stock vette rims are better than the ones he picked out..
