it is illegal, it breaks many noise ordenances, not to mention if there is traffic nearby someone can get startled and crash. It's something people with the mentality of a 2 year old do

Yeah, it is illegal. Thats why I wonder how hard he got pounded in the *** after he blew the horn.

I still think its funny, half the reason is because he had the ***** to do it, and get away with it for so long, then he gets pulled over and pulls the ultimate on the cop. I really wanted to know how bad he got ******.
