It's a 1.6L N/A motor, and it makes 115hp/L stock. What do you expect? a torque monster? Besides, it's in a 2400lbs car with short gearing, you don't really need that much torque to go quick.
And no, I am not a honda owner, nor am I a big fan of hondas.

we had a stock R, in a 92CX with slicks and ran 13.3 all day not bad for 158whp :smilie_au

I ran a b18c5 powered ef hatch and beat it by 1-2 cars.

My car later only ran a 14.0@100.2mph with that setup.
