well way the **** to go adam the problem is not that someone finally knows something about cars. but the fact that they agree with you don't confuse the two especially since for one MOST people here know a hell of a lot more than you. I may not, but I do know that there are some very knowlegeable people here. And for the record I suggest stop cussing arch out and telling him he doesn't know anything, because his car knowledge/EXPERIENCE can run laps around your brain. thats my .02, nothing personally adam it's just that people do know about cars here and more than you do.

i think the car is absolutely gorgeous. i love mustangs and always will. Grew up a Ford fan. My dad and I actually built a 427 Shelby Cobra Roadster from Factory 5. We didn't put the 427 in it but we put the 5.0 in there with some extras. Just so happens I ended up getting an unbeivable deal on the camaro which made me get it. I love my camaro, but I also love fords. So everyone can talk all the smack that they want but I have to say a cobra is bad ***!

Correction, Arch knows about 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gens, i'll give him that. I'm sure he knows those cars inside and out, unlike me, BUT Arch doesn't know anything about 4th gens, or the LS1, plus the fact that I can't stand people that think they're the **** and know everything. You don't see me acting like I know everything about 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gens, cause I dont, but I know quite a bit about the 4th gens, not everything by any means, but a good part. It's not my fault that ya'll don't understand that 550rwhp for 2 grand is a ******** of power, as compared to 550rwhp for 6,000+ dollars in an LS1, it's a very simple concept, but, like I said, people who don't look at the performance aspect of a car wouldn't understand....

I can get the same power from an ls1 for about 3 grand (give or take)you are getting **** because you post a mustang on a camaro board, you'd get the same going the other way (and I still say calling any mustang a cobra is sacralige)I know more about 4th gens than you think also (I happened to work on a few dozen at the dealership, how many have you stipped and rebuilt, or even turned a wrench on for more than a headlight?)

Okay so heres the deal:

Cobras are nice cars, but praising one on a F-Body is likely to get a rash of **** - you knew that when you made the post.

I'm not taking any sides here, but I did a serious amount of research on Cobra's right before I bought my Vette - so Adam, although he could be a little more tactful, is right.

Lets try not to wave our dicks around next time this kind of argument comes up
