Turbojetta, you should turn up the boost, your setup will make a lot more power than you're running now. That turbo will make 350whp easy, and your fueling should support it. The fuel pump should be the only thing holding you back now, but I think even the stock fuel pump should support at least 300whp

I wouldn't go over 13... and if you start playing with boost, get yourself a wideband AFR gauge...
If you want to run more boost, look into getting a head spacer for your motor. It's not much money, and after that your motor is good for 500+ WHP with tuning.
Speaking of tuning, if/when you get that far you're going to want to get the motor tuned properly for the boost level u want to run by going standalone. And you'll also have to address your fuel system.
Basically, after 12-13 psi, if you want more you're going to be spending some money. But even staying within boost levels that the C2 chip can take, the motor will make a lot of power which will keep you happy.
I'd suggest investing in an LSD before you blow up the tranny though.

I dont mean to be a dick, but your piping looks messed! Im sure that turbo can run more efficently if you ran the hot pipe from under the car to the intercooler. If you did it yourself, its pretty good though. And 12.9, cant beat that! lol
