New Pics of My Z
Haven't been on here in a while, been busy with other forums and writing my book, but I've actually managed to take the car out into the public a few times. So, here are some of my favorite pics I've taken since April (and don't worry, there aren't nearly as many pics as my last thread of pics of this car haha)
These are one Saturday when I washed the car and drove across the street to my brother's for a mini-photoshoot, and yes, the puppy. I know. I saw it after the pics uploaded. For some reason though, it's what people comment on.
These are one night when I went to my friend's house and a couple days later when I was parading around town and getting appreciative looks from men, women, children, and cops. Hahaha.
EDIT: Also, the car finally has a lid lol
Oh, and while I'm editing, here's some of my car with Jonsgreasemonkey's after we rebuilt the 3.4 and before he took it to Texas. You can see that we both carry a black/red theme into our engine compartments with our red valve covers and black intakes. We painted the 3.4 intake (and by we I mean Alex)
I also have a few new videos to post.........

The rear corner had a fight with a tree....
I have decided to hold off on having the dents fixed until I get the VFN Sunoco hood for the car, and putting the hood on, and then taking it to a body shop and having them repair the panels and re-paint the car in the same color since I have a nasty paint blemish from epoxy dripping off the mirror onto the door.

Bernotas, that's exactly what happened when I posted them on another forum I'm on, someone said "red rocket!" I went back up and fell over laughing. As for the wheels, I am going to get some 17x9 and 17x11 Fikse FM5s and have them powdercoated black. I'm also planning on doing the Dick Harrell style stripes on the sides of the hood and the rear quarters. I'm also planning a 427 LSX and T-56 swap and full Strano suspension/Brembo brakes and R compound tires. I'm thinking next time I head to the road course I should be able to manhandle a Ferrari or two.
