In fact, I looked at my Y2Ks today and they stick out on the side like that almost as much as his do.....doesn't look bad, just sucks when I have to scrape rubber off my outer fender.

archemedes street rep is low. keep going
with the shape of the fender and bumper to keep the tires tucked in you'd have a lot of room at the top of the tire which would look goofy

yep, its just the way our cars are made. I'm sure when I get mine on, they'll stick out a bit.
