the only thing I ould do would not be cheap at all, mold the bumpers to teh body, and fill in the belt line trim probably cost a few grand, but it would look sweet. I also wouldn't lower it, lowering is for trucks and hoopties not camaros

Lowering F-bodies 1" makes the wheels fit the wheel wells perfectly, not lowrider mexican style. Stick to your old school ****.

lowering 1 inch kills ride quality, and does nothing for performance, makes ground clearance on a car with poor ground clearance horrible, heck in Atlanta any car I worked on that was lowered I had to plot a route to do a test drive since over 40% of the roads they would bottom out (many mustangs that had only a 1 inch lower, I was just down the road from a mustang tuner and made a deal to do all their suspension work)

i agree with both points, the cars do not need to really be lowered more than already, but the wheels do need to be tucked in more. thats why i dont wanna get lowering springs but instead a 16" rim with a 55 or 60 aspect ratio tire with a 275.

I am going to be blacking out all my lights with that Vent Shade stuff, I just havent got around to buying 2 cans.. And sometime down the road I will get some darker tint.. Because 30% isnt dark enough, and that is our legal limit here in Indiana.. I was thinkin about just doing 15% all around and mabe tint the ttops darker.. I havent really decided yet on that stuff..
why 2 cans? I did all mine with one, and still had some left over to do the new tailight.

Ditto. ALso with a body kit it gets even worse. I highly doubt my car will ever be dropped even an inch.

Only thing that sucks about black outs is that they tend to blow off at high speeds.
