Well today was the big day for the North Texas F-Body summer event. This time we had 274 Cars (9 where vettes and 11 were GTOs) Was an awsome turnout and we even had 8mins for everyone to rev up engines how awsome (except the race cars that came) Even had a dyno there was tight. They also gave out trophys class went as 4th Gen V8 Camaro then Firebird, 3rd Gen Camaro then Firebird....etc...then There was All gen V6 class for Camaro and a Firebird all class had a 1st 2nd and 3rd place etc......

Yea i wish there was somethin around here like that.. I get excited when i see more that 9 or 10 f-bodys at local car shows

Well they started out the same as yours are, they started as Walker Racing but then made the name North Texas F-Body home of walker racing. They have these big f-body meets like this 3 times a year then there are always other shows around here and there for american cars. But yea they got big and such because they went to local dealers and performance shops and got sponsors for it and such, I know because they put me on the top of there member list so the next meet ill be helpin orginise.

yeah, same here. the only 'fbodies' I ever see at the car shows here are 67-69 Camaros, and, like, nothing else.There just aren't that many f-bodies in the area here.
