Not bad for 3 hours
Removed the radiator, fan, radiator hoses, heater hoses, alternator, throttle body, harmonic balancer, unbolted power steering pump and left exhaust manifold:

yeah it doesnt look like much on paper, but there was actually a lot to do, its tight workin in here so it took a while to get some stuff. plus i had the wrong balancer remover. at auto we have a smaller one and a bigger one. i grabbed the smaller one like an idiot, but luckily the bolts i had for it were long so i was able to make it work whats cool is the radiator. nothing is holding it in, and the fan and ac condensor are simply sitting on hooks. its so easy to pull that out.

oh man. i've been working since 10:30, with an hour break at 3, then stopped at 7:30. i am surprised at how easy the fuel rail was. the wiring was intimidating, but once i dug in and got the injectors unplugged i realized it was nothin. by the way, look how loose my timing chain is. i realized that replacing the stock parts with new stock parts would give me a good gain just cuz theyre so worn. but i'm not replacing them with new stock parts, i'm replacing them with new performance parts
