Yea, im going autocrossing this sunday, and you can be damn sure im tightening my lug nuts before I go now haha.

On the board where I got this, they explained what happened. He had just gotten those wheels, and they sent him the wheels and lugnuts... well apparently, they sent lugnuts that were not the correct size, but were close enough to where they threaded. So when the amazing amount of stress was put on them from a hard turn in autocross... it stripped them.
