the motor is stock, yea

and as far as I know, they only have one, some honda dealership gave it to them for free, or something like that

LMAO. I beleive theres like 2 states in USA that use civic's as cop cars. But I don't blam em, there good on gas. Does anyone know what Toronto's gonna be using as there next cop car?
