Okay;
Well I just got home from the hospital, after 9 hrs of being there, I am high on crazy pain killers and .... my back is soar, my right arm is shoulder is dislocated and one broken finger, a few chest broses, and some head once also... I just got home...

Well... lets just say I got owned by a big transport trailer.... I was driving to work today, around 2:45pm I was behind a bus, it was raining hard, and could not see any thing, so I switched into my right lane, and what you know, I see a BIG ING TRANSPORT TRUCK/TRAILER was parked on the main street, I slam on my brakes to stop and avoid collision, but my brakes locked up, and the street was wet, and my car slid like butter in the rear of this trailer, where there are huge signs of NO PARKING ANY WHERE AT ANY TIME!...
Well... Ill let the pictures speak for them self’s.... Ill post them in a bit, they were on my cell, which is dead right now, I put it in the charger.... I am completely ed, and in huge pain every where neck, chest, arm, sholder, knees on both legs banged up, my face, lip, and one broken finger.... I feel like ... and cant sleep due to the extreme amount of pain, even painkillers wont work.... I apologize for my spelling I am typing with one finger, lol... any ways.... just tot I would tell all you guys this painful story... my car is a complete right off, it even bent the frame to the roof, it will take more then 10,000 to fix, I don't see it worth my wile, so I will be buying an SIR with the money I am going to get from the LAW SUIT from this mother er....

Anyways... my view... the truck driver is 100% at fault. The kid no matter how much you guys think is a retard is lucky he didnt get killed.
That would suck bad, for anyone. Maybe it is karma as the one guy said..

what i dont get is if he knows the truck was broke down or not....whats the difference if there was a bus there picking people up.....this guy in the car doesnt check to change lanes he said he was right on the *** of the bus and couldnt see a thing therefore should have he not slowed down off of the bus's *** to see around the bus if the way was clear imo this guy seems to be the one at fault and he actully thinks he will win a lawsuit a trucking company will ither crush him like a bug in court or change company names and flip owner hands and it will be forgotten

OK.. it seems the accident happened on the right lane.. so the bus was on the left lane.. and like mentioned.. they could say the truck was broken down ( or watever excuse they want to come up with ) but most truck driver puts on the hazzard light.. the fact he rear ended that truck to do that much damage to the vehicle and especially himself may imply that he was either speeding ( in that crappy weather ) or that his car isn't as safe in an accident as some would like to believe or improper/ unsafe lane change. funny that there was no pics with the ( no stopping anywhere sign.. now if it was a no parking anywhere sign.. then he'd be screwed, since the trucker can stop there for watever reason as long as he's around the vehicle. ).. was there charges against the truck driver by the police officers? ( parkin illegally or any kind? )
Be thankful the truck company don't go after him for the lost of business due to the truck and goods being undelivered due to the accident

hey guys, I just woke up, so much pain, unbelivable.... pain killers dont help, well... I talked to like 20 people on msn, who asked me what happend due to my story being a bit scetchy...
I was driving to work, being a bit in a rush, and it was raining realy hard, I was behind a missisaga bus, whitch was driving a bit slow, I slamed it into 3rd gear, and changed my lane, truck was about 50 meters away from me, I slam on my brakes, the car wont stop, I put the hand brake down, no help there, then BAM... I tried ovoiding it, but trafic and cars beside me, would not let me trough... it is and it is not my fault per say... I saw the truck, apperantley people question how can you not see a big ing truck, well, on this road, I didnt see it when I switched lanes, I saw it when I was in the lane allready, and my brakes locked up, at 60kms it hurts lets just say that, the trucker was geting a ing hot dog accross the street... and he parked on a busy st, with NO PARKING SIGNS every where....

Anyway, Alex is going to get *** ed if he goes to court. His Lawyer is a mouse compared to the team of lawyers that the trucking company probably has. The trucking companies lawyer is going to tear him apart and then sue him and his insurance company for their legal fees, for the repair of the trailer, and for lost time, and they're going to win because Alex is clearly at fault.I don't see how he can think he is completely fault-less... even his little forum buddies back him up. Yeah, I was speeding and driving careless in the rain and rear ended a truck with it's 4-ways on. It's not my fault. Yeah right.

^^ Agreed, but none the less (I don't like the kid just to be clear) he is right about the signs and what they stand for. There is no "No (CAR) parking, trucks just put on your 4 ways" signs (that I know of). It's a public roadway, and although given the weather and that he seemed to be speeding which didn't help - the truck still parked in a No Parking zone.
I'd say it's stupidity on both sides. If the truck driver was going in for food - there is normally another alternative then parking on the street. If there isn't at that place - move along and get it somewhere else.
And alex clearly shouldn't be driving at all.

im not gonna read all the posts. but
whetever the case is this guy is a serious retard, he hit someone from behind whether its a truck or car its his fault. you have to keep your distance, and if the weather is poor then that distance should increase.
bottom line is the trucking company will squish him like a bug, they make more money in a month then he will in his entire life.

the company may choose to not represent the trucker then he will have to find his own lawyer if the company does represent the trucker then buddy will get forcefully penetrated.
Trucks are allowed to stop in certain areas since their size does not allow them to just park in a regular spot.
