To import a car that was not sold in Canada you must wait 15yrs hense all the '89 GTR in Canada now
Therefore (this is for all you smart kids out there) he must have done a Conversion to make his TEG a TYPE R or converted his lugs to 4 bolt

that integra is in JAPAN
in 1996 the Integra Type-R IN JAPAN came in 4X114.3 bolt conversion so yes...that means it was 4-BOLT
he didn't need to convert the car came like that from factory
