I don't think so.
The cars isn't even in Canada. There are no signs in english if you look and the taxi has no english on it either. Even in china town in Toronto there are english on the signs.

Just because this is TORONTO street racing doesnt mean everyone on the site currently lives in toronto. Take a look at his location.
