It's a Norwegian guy that lives in France that own em. He is placing them at a dealer in Norway for Sale to the right prise. He is a buisenessman and not a car enthusiast as us. He buys em and sell em for a better prise. Someone said that he hasn't even driven all of the cars.
He lives in a Chateu (Castle) in France and there has been a documentary about him on Discovery.
