That car looks like it was serious back about 10-15 years ago but has been sitting for a long time.
It has a NOS Fogger system on it, an engine wearing Racing Head Services valve covers, and running wilwood calipers (those look like the dual piston GMII's or GMIII's).
He is going to have some problems, given that he has a vacumn secondary carb, no front frame bracing, and has removed the fenderwells which help stiffen the front end. I think he RWHP figures are high, given the combo he has and the amount of boost he runs. I would expect 450rwhp out of his combo with about 550-600ft-lbs torque at the rear wheels. At that power level he will definately twist the front subframe.
The Fogger system also needs to be plugged or to have a shufoff valve plumbed into it if he is not going to use it. The boost will force the fuel to flow backwards and areate it.
