you've never removed stick on stripes have you, they are always visible (even after painting you can often see where they were) I was just busting his ***** anyway

I can't see where mine were at all and I was looking today with the car in the sun. When I took them off I polish and buffed the area as well as clay bar'd it. Then I went over it with a scratch remover.

check under flourecent lights, sun light is the worst place to look for issues in paint (it will actually hide them) I have done cars with numbers on them, sanded primed and painted and under certain lights you could still see the outline

Heat gun and my hands. The heat gun is what made it possible to take them off easily. Very good quality decals though, I am very impressed with them.

Ill beg to differ.. you can see ALL my paint flaws in the sun, where my car was keyed. They sure as hell arent hidden in daylight. Only when it dims will they 'dissapear'

you should see it in flourecent lights then, you can see dents, and all kinds of crap, that's why when you have a car painted they always deliver it outside (we delivered show cars inside to show the quality of work then took it outside and showed them the difference)
