looks like the specialy chipped corvette motor'd brick was getting yanked on the highway.. and cant stop for crap.. and crashes on its own.. I would've liked to see what would happen if the BMWood didnt break down either.

Ah this video.

Looks closesly. The BMW does NOT break down!

That scene where they 'catch' him, is the EXACT same scene where he stops before the sotp strips and the cop almost rear ends him. I haven't seen it in a while, but I beleive there is something in the distance on the rght side of the screen in both shots. He almost rear ends him at the 'capoture' but they cut the vid before that. Why don't they show the takedown?! That's not like TV to leave that part out..

I'm willing to bet the kid got away.

yea, u're right.

i rewinded back and forth, and its the same shot....slowed down...

my thinking is, once that camaro was out of the chase, kid was long gone...

if a camaro wasnt keeping up, no caprice was gonna do it either.

and yea, that M3 stopped a LOT better than the Camaro

The Cop Was an idiot.

Why be scared of the BMW bumping you??? Don't they weigh less?

Maybe I am wrong but in hitting the Camaro he would also swerve the other way after.

The Cop assumed he was going to get hit and Screwed himself over.

If the Camaro had a better driver I think it would have been a better video.

I bet the kid either got away or they beat him senseless if the Car actually did break down.

If it's the video I'm thinking of - can't watch it just this second - then yes, he did get away. I also believe there were a few tyre squealing, screeching noises etc dubbed onto the tape to make it seem more dramatic/dangerous.

The kid driving got away but was I think was later reported by his father, and then arrested.
