A couple of my friends ask me about the car all the time as well and it gets tiring going back to them and saying it wasn't done when I thought it would be or I didn't get the gfx yet like I thought I would. I've gone to just not even saying hardly anything about it to ppl I don't talk to all the time.. such as my friend last nite who asked about it and I vaguely answered.. it's getting painted.. same answer for ppl across the street haha and when they ask wasn't it getting painted months ago I just say yea.

As I've said before I like your car, and if you ever did the flames it would be one of my favorites on here, even though it has an SS hood, which I've always made clear is my least favorite hood. So that in itself is an accomplishment.

I'm going through a very difficult time right now with my father, and it wasn't fair for me to blow off my frustrations at you ar anyone else. I need to remember that this is a public website that is open to any and all forms of reply's and opinions. We just found out 2 weeks ago that he has less than 6 months left. They say because of how rapidly it's ing to his liver, it will probably be more like 4 months.
So while I'm not going anywhere...
.....you'll probably notice that I'll be here more on a Part-Time basis compared to how much it's been over the past 6 months. "PLEASE" don't take this as an excuse for my actions recently, because the last thing I want is for anyone to think I'm looking for an easy way out, or that I'm looking for sympathy........I've just come to think of you all as my friends, and I'd rather tell you straight out why I've been gone so much and also why I've been on edge. So, if for any reason you guy's want to know about something, or need to ask me a question,....don't hesitate to send me an email or even a PM will tell me that I have one by email. So now that's that's out of the way, I'm going to post a few more pictures of my Hood Lock Installation.

good looking hood. I just had an SS hood put on my car also. post some pics if you ever put on hood pins. I have been told to do it since my hood is fiberglass but i really dont want to cause i dont think I'll like it. :\

I actually posted a thread today with pictures that show the installation of the "Hood Locks"!! I"m not a big fan of the Hood "Pins", because you have to use a huge washer on the outside of the hood so that the cotter pin doesn't scratch the paint. AND with the hood locks you can actually LOCK the hood.Anyway, check out the Exterior Section......you should have have no problem finding it since it titled: Hood Locks Installed.
The pictures are a little blurry and a little big, but that's because my camera sucks on the higher resolution setting.

... Well, I sure don't want them on my future SS or 4" cowl even tho Arch's don't look bad at all.

Dude ... I just wrote something from the heart to Arch and you have to come in here and waste both of our time by saying "ok lets let it die now" right after I talk about loosing my best friend to cancer. I'm holding my tounge right now, but just please think a little more before you post.

Really sorry bout that bro, i didn't even read what you said. Now that I did I feel really bad. Its just this thread has been going on forever. Then Paar said if people let it die it wouldn't go on forever. Right after I read what Paar wrote I said ok lets let it die now. Really sorry bout that though.
