Stock for Now (Plus a hello to all)

Sup guys, just thought I'd say 'hello' with a pic post...not much to see here so far, stock Ralliart in the 'Shwa area. I'm looking to shoot more automotive photographs soon (/is a photographer), so if anyone wants a shoot done, let me know!

(rims not actually gunmetal)

You just mask the background and rims and use a motion blur. In otherwords you select all of the background BUT the car and the same deal with the rims and do the motion blur/radial blur.

You can do a similar effect without using photoshop.

Play with the shutter speed of the camera.

That's what I was tihnking. But i don't think it woudl work. The car isn't moving, enither is the background, so the blur effect wouldn't really work, would it?

and..3PointOHNO? oh god

^ yeah, that wouldn’t work.… Unless you had the camera mounted directly to the car (same way as the pic was taken) and took a picture while driving. If it was mounted securely enough, the body of the car would be perfectly still but the background going by and rims spinning would create a blur effect similar to the picture.

btw nice pics :thumbsup

Yea alot of amateurs get that affect by holding the camera in there hand outside of the window. But at that angle proffesional equipment is needed, or photoshop.
