They were both built for different applications. The RSX has a high revving low torque naturally aspirated 4cyl, the neon has a low revving high torque 4cyl turbo. The turbo car is obviously making more power. It's trapping 4-5mph higher in a heavier body.

N/A is the way to go, more reliable, and more consistent. Turbos have their bad days lol. That was a nice run by both of them :thumbsup
