This same kid hit 12.8's .9's. Wish i could find that vid
Other than the slicks, all else is street trim...

They were both built for different applications. The RSX has a high revving low torque naturally aspirated 4cyl, the neon has a low revving high torque 4cyl turbo. The turbo car is obviously making more power. It's trapping 4-5mph higher in a heavier body.

I'd take turbo over N/A. Unless the N/A engine was over 4L and revved to the middle of nowhere

Yeah ing right... you're saying a 250hp naturally aspirated engine is more reliable then a 250hp turbocharged engine of the same displacement? I'm going to have to go ahead here and disagree with you...
