Ok even though it wasn't at a track(at a DRAG STRIP!!!) that was pretty interesting, nice freakin launch I wonder what kinda tires it had?

It is stock. I saw one in october run low low 12's STOCK coming right from the assembly line.

the fastest stock 2002+ zo6 ran a 11.6 with stock rubber (no cheater slicks) and clutchless upshifts from some maniac GM test driver. I m pretty sure this c6 isnt stock.

there is a sweet spot for all gears on all cars, this sweet spot allows you to upshift without the need for a clutch, i remember my dad dooing it alot in europe but none the less u really gotrta know your car cause htis takes some skill

your right, .5 seconds is very very very significant. For the corvette its either extra power, or this guy with this c6 was able to break his/her engine in with perfect persision had perfect track conditions and eats hay to keep his weight down... That c6 is modified no doubt about it. the 2002+z06 was able to run 11.6 after a couple years of seasoning the engine, and was in almost near perfect track condictions and a long record of tire pressure listings for applications. GM is no joke, american test drivers are one of the greatest in the world.
