Well, i lucked out. My family now has a Caddy to our collection of cars, and that means that I now will always have a beater. My dad wanted the Caddy because he's in real estate and he has to drive customers around and stuff, so he wanted something nice. In any case, when he's not driving the porsche I get to drive the porsche, and when he's not driving the Caddy, I get the caddy. In other words, Red Alert will not have to see any salt or snow this winter.







I like this one, because it shows the Caddy, the Porsche, and the rear of Red Alert all in the shot (I didn't think to really put them all together until after the fact)

my beater or quick run to somewhere is a 94 f150 that we use as a beater.

my beater is my regular car, even in MI I never worried, Lapeer doesn't salt the roads but once a month if that,a nd the roads are cleared before sunrise so no snow on them unless it's actually snowing

I need of the porsche

I was thinking about a winter beater, although I drove the camaro last winter. Salt is pretty bad here, and I imagine it will be worse in the cities. I was looking at a couple cars, but I havent pursued it much. Im still debating
