Yeah- but tire smoke comes from a tire spinnin faster than its covering ground, so therefore one could say that the power numbers could be even higher with a set of slicks or more traction...

Car looks stock and actually doesn't sound to far off. I'm wondering if it's street legal, Lingenfelter has done a great job in the past producing some huge number's while still keeping it legal.

What Chad is sayin is that if he saw one on the street and the driver of the TT427 offered to race for $$ he wouldn't do it since it wouldn't even be close to fair.

The only thing you would have in your favor would be a short one block race since all the vette is going to do is smoke the tires.

I am only pushing mid 500 at the fly and I can smoke the tires all the way thru 1st and 2nd, I can only imagine what 2x the power can do...
