Anyone know a good AMP repair centre?
Does anyone know where to get an amp diagnosed/repaired at fair pricing?
I don't want to end up spending more than the price of a new quality 4/5 channel amp.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I know at www.canadiancaraudio.com they have an advertiser over there called S&S Electronics. Try them :thumbsup:

I'm going to look into the S&S Electronics location in Scarborough, since they are a Rockford service centre.

I have serious issues with S&S.
Going back several MONTHS...I brought my RF multi-amp to them for diagnostics & service since 1-channel was bad.
They issued me a service record/receipt for the amp, and told me it would take upwards of 2-3 weeks.
After that initial period of waiting I called them to check for the status of repair. Guess what? It was not ready yet, however they promised it would be done in another 2-weeks.
A total of 5-weeks elapsed since I left my amp in their care, so I finally called them up to check to see if I could pick it up. Guess what? The gentleman who answered seemed surprised and unprepared to tell me the status...he placed me on hold for a short period of time.
He then got back on the line and told me to hold a while longer...
After a good 5 minutes elapsed, he told me they promised to call me back the next day with the status of my amp.
THAT WAS WELL OVER MONTH AGO....
AND THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK
I think I will call them up today to find out what BS they will tell me now.
I hope its ready, if it isn't I will definitely file a complaint since there shouldn't be any reason for it to take (nearing 4 months!) and yet they can't give me an honest word.
My worst fear is they damaged/lost/stole it. I have the original copy of the service form they gave me, and I hope that I don't need to escalate it to court.
I think my patience has finally worn thin.
