The only way to give you an honest opinion, is to know what kind of Subs you're running, or what kind of sound you want. My first choice would be Sealed.....but that's based on the kind of music I listen to, the sound I like as a Drummer, and the fact I hate Loose Boomy Bass.

So I'll say: 1.) Sealed......2.) Ported.......3.) Nothing... ......Sorry bro, I can't advise you to ever go with a Bandpass Box. I personally don't like what they sound like.

You'll definitely get the most sound out of a Ported box. I've heard a single 12" Sub in a ported box coming from a 1/4 mile away without having a huge amp, but at the same time, that's the thing I was referring to about hating loose boomy bass.
I prefer Quality over Quantity.......except when you can have them both at the same time.

sealed, better sq, ported has higher spl, bandpass has a great one frequency transient (aka not for music unless you listen to 1 note all the time)

i like sealed but a ported box can be louder...I had two 12's in a sealed box and than a 10" in a ported box and i liked the 10 better

Sealed boxes have allways been the ticket for me but you cant go wrong with a ported box for loudness if you have all the specs right.
