either use an amp or your headunit. If you're using it for music, ya might want to figure out how to mold it in somewhere so it'll be "part of the car" in my opinion.

as far as sound goes, if your headunit has an accessory input, you can probably find a cable that will go from the accessory input into two RCA jacks (left / right), then it's just a matter of a standard 3mm headphone jack to RCA jack cable, plug the headphone jack into the audio-out on your laptop, connect the RCA jacks, and tada. Same concept with the amp, the amp would hook up to the rest of your speakers, and then the line-in on the amp would be where you connect the cable to...
