ok guys just want to clearify a little bit for you.
Viper and clifford are made by the same company now.
DEI electronics has pretty much bought out most alarm/starter brands even some very reputable car audio manufacturs.
Meaning if you were to go and buy a Clifford alarm/pager system ex. matrix 3.5 and compare it to the viper pager 791xv system. The boards on the brain are the exact same just different badging. Remote with the clifford is just a different finish (carbon fiber look) and viper is blue.

Look no further when talking about automtive starters and security.
Only step further security wise I could tell ya is Boomerang........which isn't cheap!
