Try this

Pioneer's have common problem with the conctor from the face plate to the unit.
Idea take an eraser and clen the conector on teh unit and the face plate then try it again. Also check the Constant (yellow) for continous power, and ignition (red) for power when the key is on. Using a tst light.
Hope it works.

If not come by my shop

when you unplugged the radio, I hope you pulled the fuse first or undid you battery. If not, you might have shorted it out and blown the fuse. Check your factory radio fuse in the fuse panel, sometimes vehicles hide a second fuse under the hood. Both must be good or your deck wont work.
hope this helps
