picked up a honda w/ a jvc mp3/cd deck 200walt...
i got a alpine cd deck w/ 60X4 -240
wuts' shall i do....?
and how would i install it

The OP is asking about how to do a swap then? If you know wiring basics you could pull it off, just post the model of the alpine HU, and I'll upload the wiring diagram for you. Truthfully though, browse the first page on Kijiji and you'll find an installer who will do it for $30.

Are you talking about a factory harness? If you're installing the Alpine HU, all you need is the alpine harness, and the bare factory wire to connect it to. Tell me the model of your car and I'll upload the wiring diagram for that too. Here's the one for the Alpine. You need Adobe to view it.

Yeah, take the harness that came with the alpine, connect the loose wires at the end with the loose wires in the car. Use the diagram above to identify which wire does what on the Alpine, and match it up with the list below.
Constant 12V+ Blue/White
Switched 12V+ Yellow/Red
Ground Black
Illumination Red/Black
Dimmer n/a
Antenna Driver's Pillar
Front Speakers 6 1/2" Doors
Left Front (+) Blue
Left Front (-) Gray/Black
Right Front (+) Red/Green
Right Front (-) Brown/Black
Rear Speakers 6" x 9" Rear Deck
Left Rear (+) Blue/Yellow
