HELP: Recommended Subs for Kicker KX450.2 Amp

I'm in the market right now for a Subwoofer. I've got an integra so I'm only looking for a ONE 12" or ONE 15" subwoofer that can handle my Amp.

I have a Kicker KX450.2 Amp:
Specs:
RMS Power (WATTS/CHANNEL), 2 Ohm Stereo: 225W x 2
RMS Power (WATTS/CHANNEL), 4 Ohm Bridged Mono: 450W

Ive been recommended the 12" Digital Design Subwoofer (Model DD500) the 2OHM model.
Specs are:
Power Handling RMS/Music/Peak = 300/600/1200

Any other recommendations?
They say that your Amp should have more RMS then your Subwoofer, is this true? (ex. 350 RMS sub running off a 450 RMS Amp, is this good?)

Thanks

I would say DD or RE would be good choices.
