How many speakers
Ok i have the 93 T/A factory sound system how can i tell how many speakers it has cause i looked it can either have 4 6 or 10 speakers i know i have at least 6 i can't imagine where the other 4 would be if i had them right now i have 2 in the doors 2 in the sail panel and 2 in the trunk. Is it hard to put a head unit on this set up and i'm pi##ed every car i've got except for my formula has the upgraded (got to re-wire everything) sound system my 2 camaro's had the Bose switching the one out was a B**** my lebaron has the infinity system now the T/A i think it's the monsoon i'm not for sure though

Odds are you have 6, when it comes to upgrading I would just kill the the rear speakers in the trunk and maybe even the ones for the rear seats. That way you could just run one set of bad *** components.

you probably have 6. if you had 10 you'd have a midrange and tweeter combo in each door, then i think two midranges in the rear, then two more midrange and tweeter combos in the trunk area.
Wow, didn't know T/A's had so many speakers. Camaros only have 4-5 with the bose sub-box in the rear hatch area.

Wierd..... When I bought mine, (the green one in the post) it had only 3. Two Bose up front in the doors, the rear side panels were covered with a tar like flap that covered the hole that was there. In the trunk the Bose Sub Box thingy was in there. Which I had to break out to get it out....what a pain.
