loud squeeling noise when subs are on loud

hey guys just wondering if any of you might have a solution to this problem, when I have my subs on loud I sometimes get a loud squeeling noise, Its even worse when I have the AC on aswell, just wondering if you think a cap will help with the problem or any other solution because I do not want to have to buy a new alternator anytime soon.

Thanks a lot

Before buying anything, check all the grounds on your system.

yeah grounds are good from what I can see, but the car squeeled before I had the system when the AC first was turned on, so I believe that its got to be something to do with to much stress on the alternator
