mdx stock deck and woofer

i have an 2004 mdx and i was wondering if i can wire up ma amp and woofer with the stock deck?

get an in line converter to run the rcas to the deck
and wire the rest like a normal amp

i heard about those things buh do they run for anydeck and how much do they normally cost

yea they should be compatible with your oe deck
and price wise im not sure but nothing over $50
