my deh-7500 had to be sent in to repairs 3 times in a year.

i just sent it in on the last day of the 1yr warranty expiration date, like 3weeks ago.
got the deck back and it was making clipping sounds and pops.
with no warranty, i was sorta pissed, i sent it back and talked to the sales manager of car audio at their head office.
he said theyll do their best to fix it and it was on priority to get it fixed.
just got the call that i get the choice of a deh-6500 or the newer model the deh-7700 wooot :thumbsup :thumbsup always loved pioneer products, but now their service is pimp. :thumbsup :thumbsup

k i say their products are good, this just happened to be what they call a "lemon"...otherwise never had problems with their units in car audio and home theatre receivers

yep...took less than a week for the guy in charge at head office to call me up and offer me a choice of decks to choose from :thumbsup
not bad considering i paid $300 taxes in last year and i get a bump for newer models that are $400+...no complaints from me.
