well everything was fine with my deck and sound system in the beginning. The last thing i modded was drilling the rockers for my ek sides. Now theres power to the deck it plays cds tunes to any station but no sound out of speakers. I know the speakers are all wired up and work still cause the deck sends a slight pop to the speakers whenever turned on then silence. Pretty sure i didnt drill any wires cause there is still signals to the speaker so dont bring that up. Well i left the battery connected but that shouldnt affect anything either. Only thing i can think of is im using components that are wired in parallel to the front 2 channels so its 2 ohms when the deck is 4 ohm but it still shouldnt just stopped working after drilling. can it be fuse? but theres power...

It worked before the drilling cause i did it in a few hours then when i turn the car on right after no sound just a pop to the speakers and silence. Not using an external amp just using the deck to power it. Deck is a pioneer 780mp or somthing like that it works fine but no sound through the infinity speakers. Every other power option works still also...

Sounds like you have a short on a speaker line. check if any of your speaker leads are touching metal.
