on my 98 camaro i have the monsoon audio...the volume **** has an outer **** and it can be turned down to scv? what is that?

i think its one of those options were ther faster you the radio compensates for outside noise...such as if you accelerate hard the volume will go up slightly to somewhat overpower the outside noise. Thats the only thing i can think of because there are vehicles out there that have that feature but im not sure if this is it or not

ya its weird a little slide on the outside of the volume button...seems rather pointless
