So im going all system....

Well i decided that im going to go crazy with my stereo system for my car, i was thinking about just covering the whole back end like chads old set up, i think thats whos car i seen it on, and just use the whole truck sort of thing as the box after insulating everything.. anyone have pictures? Also what would be the best way to go for xtreme bass 2 12's 3 10s or do you think i could fit 2 15's? Arch fill me in whats the best subs out there right now, im out to destroy my friends integra that won the slp comp at a local car show the past few years. (hes running 2 12" L7's i dont know how much wattage he has runnin them) Over the next 2 months its all going to come together and i hope to have one of the baddest systems in the area. any pics or input would be appreciated..

I have been happy with the powerbass extreme subs I got in (they look like the old rf stuff)2 15's will fit but you will loose rear visibility, 2 12's would sound better I believe but not be as loud.I would do either a set of rf amps, alpine, swiss or wait until powerbass gets theirs done (I managed to find out who the engineers are for them, they should be bad *** amps)

I'm going with 2 12's, you wouldnt have the demensions for that sort of setup you did would you? Also did you insulate the whole back end before puttin it in, i think i might because my system i had in my taillights, plate and hatch rattled like a ****. it was annoying when i would hear it from the outside. That is because i like my bass loud, you knew i was coming from a 2 or 3 blocks away with my old setup, my bronco on the other hand well i cant even describe everything thats into that, close to 5000 watts now, 3 10 inch subs 2 8 inch subs and a whole lot of other **** you could hear me coming a mile away with that thing cranked up,

Sorry I don't have the measurments anymore but you can fit two 12's in there no problem. If I was to do it again(and there's a very good chance I will) I'm going to have the sub(s) at an angle facing the front. I just think it'll look better.
If your window's are tinted yet make sure you do that, otherwise everyone will be able to see your system through you're rear window and you'll come out one day and see it gone.

I wouldn't do the xplode amps if you want loud or clean, they are just too low a quality to do the job well, those subs sound very good, they are a new company so many people seem to steer clear because they want a lable first (hence the sony stuff sells)

they aren't bad, but tehy don't have the clarity I prefer, soundwaves are round, the shaped speakers are for looks first sound second

they don't pound better thank anything else in teh same range, they don't play as low as other brands, and suck for clarity.(kicker has never won in the pro catagory of any spl competition without cheating, and they have been caught a few times)
