at high volumes my highs crackle. im assuming its my stock tweeters. even if it isnt, could i simply replace the tweeters or any other speakers and simple wire the new ones right up to my stock wiring?
its not the monsoon system.

you can just replace them in most reagular systems. But at high volume on any speaker it will crack it becomes a distorted signal replacing the deck and having a better signal would help you be able to turn it up louder without distortion. Thats how speakers get blown too is from the distortion in the signal when up to loud. Just something to think about dont know the whole story like how loud or nothings so not saying thats your problem just giving some advise on the car audio end.
