Hello all I would like input on what cinfiguration of Apms I should get and how to run the apms to push the following speakers:

2 x 5 1/4" @ 45W RMS each
2 x 3" @ 15W RMS each
2 x 6x9's @ 200W RMS each
2 x 10" subs @ 300W RMS Each

My suggestion would be getting 2 amps

Get One 4 Channel (80W or higher X 4) to power all your inside speakers. 2 channels shared among your front speakers & the other 2 channels to your 6X9 speakers.

Get One 2 Channel (100W X 2 or higher)

Thats all you need.
