I have 18's on my 94 Z28. The tire size i'm using is 245/40/18 front and 245/45/18 in the back, sorry that i can't figure the measures u use in the US.
I had to put a lower profile in the front 'cause didn't fit when i turned the wheel. But with these rims and tire size there r no problems at all.
Personally i don't like bigger rims......

I'd go with C6 18's all around and this way you can rotate them.

i dont think you would need any fabrication for those then again i stopped at 17 because i didnt want any problems . . . the only person i remember on this site that had trouble with 18's was derek who had 18" american racing rebels . . . .

As much as I hate ZR1's, I think they look alot better than the first set you picked.. And you probably wont have any trouble with them..

It really depends on how much money you are working with. Does your Camaro have side skirts? Is it lowered? Pics?

From the selection you gave us I would go with the 18" ZR1's.

When you go with affordable 20" wheels the off set is almost always going to stick out too much which allows for the unpopular "raised look". Or the wheels will stick in too much and you will be forced to go with a super narrow tire.

If you plan to go with bigger wheels try to go with a company that will make the wheel to your application
