Anybody know where to find a RHD Conversion Kit?

I've heard of RHD Conversion Kits, and heard of places, but does anybody actually know where I can find one?

Are you talking about making it Right Hand Drive like in Europe?

jayfrat 04-30-2006 09:13 AM

Yeah

MeenZ28 04-30-2006 10:17 AM

Here's a question.... why?

jayfrat 04-30-2006 10:55 AM

Uhhhh, because I want my Z Right Hand Drive???

paarman97maro 04-30-2006 11:26 AM

I think it would be kinda cool and unique... Probably a ton more work than I would ever go through though.

jayfrat 04-30-2006 11:29 AM

Exactly, which is why I want to do it, I understand it would be a **** load of work but does anybody know where I could get a conversion kit? I found some online for other vehicles and found places that do it for Camaros but they're in different countries.

If I can get the kit I would just do it myself, but I can't find it.

paarman97maro 04-30-2006 11:38 AM

my only suggestion: :google:

jayfrat 04-30-2006 11:57 AM

Tried that, thats where I found the place in NZ that does it actually found kits for other vehicles.

Google also turned up a 2005 Mustang with RHD

Dont misunderstand me, i'm not raggin on you for it, just never head a desire for that kinda thing before. If you pull it off please post pics, that would sure be one-of a kind.

My question is whether it's street legal.

I doubt it is, unless its a special class of registration-

Considering just about everyone converts the skylines to LHD in order to drive it in the US.

Bernotas05 04-30-2006 12:38 PM

Man would that be goofy, but you could get a job being a mailman no problem

jayfrat 04-30-2006 04:39 PM

Hottest mailman vehicle ever, lol, nah, I'm happy with my job. But yeah if I can find the kit I'll definatly post pics, but the problem is finding the kit.
