Automatic => Manual Shiftknob Adapter?

I know I've seen them before, they allow a manual shiftknob to be used on an automatic. Anyone know where to get them?

i think that one company that makes all the billet/annodized shift ***** had them but that might have been MBA and they are out of business... hmm. ill let you know if i stumble across it.

some of the cheaper shift ***** themsleves come with the adapter kist and the ****. I haven't seen just the kit on eBay or I would have bought it by now. I need something retro and can't find any good auto ones, except flameballs. Speaking of, you know a flameball **** like this would look really nice with your gauges, Brian?
