For those of you who have this grille on an LT1 I must ask, how bad does it cut down on the light produce by the fog lights?

I don't have mine on right now, so I couldn't tell you. I have new bulbs for my foglights to use with the grille for more brightness. I could have Ryan put the grille on one day while I'm working and see what its like with the lights if you'd like me too..

If you could that would be great. Because of where I live I have to put up with rain and fog a lot so my fog lights help me out. I just got some 893 Silverstar bulbs for the fogs so they will now be a little brighter than stock. BTW I think the early 4th gens look mean as hell at night with the fogs and head lights on.

i know, i have rain, and fog is around alot in this moutainous region. I've always needed good lights.

How does this gille install, I know for some you have to drill holes.

I didnt drill holes......I used a screw driver and just screwed them in the bumper area where the grille goes.
