Buffing out scratched

I have 3 scratched in the hood of my car that look like some slid across the hood. i was wondering what the best technique to buff them out would be. Thanks

depending how deep they are you might not get them out. if you can lightly run your nail across it and feel it or your nail get snagged on it dont even bother wasting your time. go to a approved bodyshop and get yourself a quote
