There is a chipped spot on the hood of my 2007 Honda Civic's paint. I thought it was from a small stone on the road but I found out another person having the same problem: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...045103AAZrTm9I am starting to think it is manufacturer's defect. I noticed the chip about a couple of months after I purchased the car. It is a small dot the size of sunflower seed. The paint came off and it is rusted.Can I do something about it? If I bring it to the dealer, will they believe that it is manufacturer's defect?
