Corvette Style Hood
Ok...I have been thinkin about doing something big to my car over the winter when i have it stored...i was wondering if there was any possible way to do a reverse hood style on an FBody...It would be unique to see..i problem I'm hitting is 1.) Hinges...what car to get from and where to mount 2.) If there is enough room to let the front of the hood swing down...if not have to get some hinges that hinge up a bit to make the room...but its something i plan on researching on more

I have seen it at some car shows on some f-bodies. I didn't ask how, but it must have cost a pretty penny and some time. Kinda like doing the targa mod. Love to do it, but too much involved to be practical. But if someone does it and can do it cheaply and easily, I might try it.

same basic parts for both.Like I said the only time you can tell is when the hood is open, and if your hood is open at shows the engine better look better than the car (I know many car shows won't judge a car with doors, hood, or trunk open, and magazines all say they won't take pictures of a car with them open)
