Well Adric let me know how hammering out urethane fenders goes for ya..bet you get a nice pile of broken plastic..The rear fenders are metal, but would have to be added on the car- the fenders are integrated into the unibody.
Either way if you find someone to get some let me know- I could stuff some nice fat slicks under those wide fenders!!

haha, i learned what my car was made of when i introduced it to a tree. it went, galvanized metal, fiberglass, plastic.lol yep that was it. might explain why nothing lines up on these damn cars and everything rattles. theres 20+ different materials throughout the whole car and none of it works together with the surrounding parts.lol

Yeah, actually I do arc and mig- plasma too. But as much fun as fabricating stuff is my name isn't Jesse James or Chip Foose. I love to make my own stuff, but mocking up some fenders on the old English wheel is definetely up there on the complicated scale.
